The show follows Chase's father Todd Chrisley, a millionaire and the 'patriarch with the most perfect family and his family. Chase's reputation as a mischief-maker keeps his father on the lookout and makes the dynamics between the family more entertaining for viewers. Chase is always creating trouble. Chase will often coax his father to allow his son to be a troublemaker. In an ongoing effort to beat his father's tactics, Chase often gets his sister Savannah as his partner in crime. Although Chase is their favorite character on the family show, Savannah is his second option. They may soon get a new show. Todd Chrisley mentioned in an interview that a new spin-off show titled "Growing Up Chrisley" will follow them as they enter college life. Chase used to have a podcast called "The Chase Christy Podcast".
