Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
She was initially inspired by the shadows that were cast onto grass. A few months later, she developed a method that didn't render the chosen object onto canvas in an unflat image. More like the object has been transformed into it's own representation which is based on the artist's interpretation. This works best for objects that are living as well as items that have a shelf life like fruits and people. Alexa Meade's work is ephemeral, but the photo is what is left. Trompe l'oeil can be achieved through the combination of two methods of painting and photographing. It creates an unflattened and two-dimensional image. Meade is also able to integrate her model paintings into the space of 3D that surrounds the models. Their interaction and this created world is possible. The result is a blurring of the lines between painting, photography and installation.
