Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. At the age of 16, she began participating in fitness contests after she quit gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from performing when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals each year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel was on the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very happy with her performance. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel's top body part to train is the back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with the machine as well as bent-over rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week one day being lightweight day, and the other days heavy weight.
